Techni Process provides a unique department specific to the simulation and compterised testing of thermal and mechanical transfer of fluids and compounds through our engineered solutions.

We offer the powder and bulk process industry these services to ensure that any installation prior to construction has been thoroughly bench tested which saves time, improves productivity and turnover.

Detailed product flow analysis
Facility size and analysis of equipment and its development
Advice on cavitation, clogging, and corrosion throughout the system process

Techni Process is continuously looking for improvements and better ways to produce the highest quality powders and end products for our clients. Our R&D department works closely with the spray dryer industry and science research centers around the world and is viewed as a leader in the spray dryer field.

Superheated Steam Dryer:
Techni Process develops their own superheated steam dryer.
First Pilot Lab scale superheated Steam Spray dryer was built in 2000.
In 2006 Techni Process builds the first industrial scale Superheated Pilot Plant spray dryer. The upscale design of the first industrial scale spray dryer that would use superheated steam is completed.

Micro granulation: modern version of agglomeration:
Results in a much quicker process.
More economical – requires less energy.
Requires less capital – accomplished in one step, (one machine).
