Removal of excess of water through an effective Evaporation System

Evaporation - very often preceding drying as a more economical way to remove excess of water from raw material can become a very important part of the overall processing of material into powders. Techni Process will assess the degree of evaporation required and the level of heat introduced into the controlled environment to concentrate the product up to a suitable and ideal level.

A typical design can provide between 200 – 20,000 kg/h of evaporation. In conjunction with evaporator system employed Techni Process can also supply a custom design distillation column for solvents (plate type).
